The wait is over. Thanks to the support of our fans – and after years in the studio perfecting our album – “Be Here Now” is finally available for download on iTunes. Click Here to download a copy of our first album. Physical copies, vinyl, posters and other DTM merch will be available online in June. Can’t wait that long to get your hands on the album? After raging our Summercamp setlist on Thursday, May 23rd, visit the Summercamp merch booth for all things DTM. We’ll also be part of Electric Forest Festival, Camp Bisco and All Good Music Festival this summer, along with a few tour dates and festivals yet to be announced. Get excited!

Summer Set Lineup Released

“Be Here Now” Official Release Date

On Tuesday May 7th, Digital Tape Machine will release their debut album entitled “Be Here Now.” This has been a long time coming and the timing is right. This 10 song full length album features all original tracks written by the band. If you’re not familiar with the origin of DTM, it all started In the Vault. I.V. Lab Recording Studio in Chicago to be exact. Originally, this group started out making music together in the studio and had no intentions of going live. So “Be Here Now” is coming full circle with the release of this debut material. We called on our fans to make this album come to life and they responded. Through a successful Kickstarter campaign, fans had the chance to pre-order the album and receive it two weeks before we release it to the public. Be Here Now will be available via most online outlets like Itunes, Amazon, and countless other distributors. Be on the look out for the hard copy when you see Digital Tape Machine at festivals this year. The artwork for this album is really breathtaking and worth the purchase. So without further delay, we announce that “Be Here Now” will be available to you on Tuesday May 7, 2013.

“End of World Tour” wraps up at Mayan Holidaze

Happy to officially announce that we are part of Mayan Holidaze in Mexico this December. We will join The Disco Biscuits, Umphrey’s McGee, STS9, Break Science, Up Until Now, and Brothers Past. We can’t explain how pumped we are to be in Mexico for final (ever?) show of our “End of the World” tour. Mayan Holidaze in Tulum is a once in a lifetime experience at a powerful & mystic time in the Mayan Calendar. Just 5 minutes from the Mayan Temples at Tulum, STS9 will be performing at midnight on the 21st to take us into the first cycle of the new Mayan Calendar. This is not to be missed!
